Leveraging fifteen years in the health and wellness industry Sarah draws on her vast experience in teaching corrective coaching, movement, biomechanics, Yoga and Qi Gong, communications & NLP, as well as tactical preparedness.  A unique methodology that aims to encourage clients to move freely, unrestricted, and free from injury and movement dysfunction.

Sarah has successfully added numerous certifications to her repertoire, such as the American Council on Exercise Fitness Training Program (ACE®) in addition to specialized areas of coaching such as, Yoga Teacher Training (YogaFit®) and the Functional Movement Screen™ (FMS), later this year adding tactical strength and conditioning and assessment protocols through the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association).

As a leader in movement coaching and transitional strength, Sarah has expanded her coachs’ toolbox with tools that focus on the connection between the movement and cognitive science fields. An area of study that is aimed at promoting optimal recovery, stress management and behavioural modification.

With her background in corrective movement and alignment practices; in 2007, Sarah founded YogaFORM, a unique and specialized pillar of decompression and recovery principles that integrates the art and mindfulness of gentle movement with the science behind human kinetics, fascia and somatic movement, towards optimizing recovery and homeostasis.

Sarah also has a special interest in supporting those who serve and protect. She works closely with local law enforcement, fire and military personnel with a particular focus on physical preparedness and prevention of injury for recruitment, pre and post deployment.

Playing an integral role in her global community, Sarah is very active in philanthropic initiatives. She is what you would call a freelance do’gooder, a social crusader, a runner of a muck of all things bucketlist and philanthropically inclined. Sarah’s philanthropic vehicle is called RUN4ACAUSE; a tool used to empower youth and adults to use health and fitness as a way to give back to your community. She has recently partnered with an organization called Fit Cause, a marketing tool that aims at using wearable technology to unlock donations and raise awareness.

Over the past 10 years Sarah has raised over 1 million dollars for well over 50 organizations and charities worldwide. (RUN4ACAUSE LINK HERE:
